With over 25 years in the people profession, Rebecca is a collaborative leader with expertise in talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and systems solutions. She has a passion for problem-solving and coaching others to reach their fullest potential. Rebecca and her busy family enjoy boating, camping, and hiking in between band concerts and soccer games.
