Professional Bio

Brad Henton joined the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum in 2004 as a Special Event Coordinator, beginning a career that has spanned two decades and multiple leadership roles. After a brief tenure in the event rental industry, he returned to the Museum in 2007 in a sales capacity. Over the years, Brad has advanced through positions including Museum Sales Manager, Associate Director of Museum Sales, and Director of Museum Sales and Guest Experience.

In the spring of 2024, Brad was promoted to Senior Director of Culinary, Event, and Museum Sales. In this role, he oversees the Museum’s events and culinary operations, leads strategy for publicly ticketed events, and guides the integration of event and museum sales initiatives to ensure a seamless guest experience and sustainable revenue growth.

An active leader in the tourism and hospitality community, Brad serves on the American Bus Association’s Board of Governors and remains deeply engaged in fostering industry connections that support the Museum’s mission and the broader Nashville tourism ecosystem.
