Graci Burnett

Graci currently serves as the Marketing Manager for A. Marshall Hospitality, where she has built her career over the past decade through a variety of operational, sales, and marketing leadership roles. Graci joined the Puckett’s Restaurant - Chattanooga team when the location opened in 2015, beginning as a host and gaining firsthand experience in guest service and front-of-house operations. Over the years, she advanced through positions including Front of House Key, Event Sales Manager, Front of House Manager, and Marketing Coordinator before being promoted to Marketing Manager. This progression has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations, team leadership, event sales, guest engagement, and brand development, allowing her to approach marketing through the lens of both operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Graci earned a degree in Outdoor Recreation with a minor in Business Management. Her career path has been shaped by a passion for creating memorable experiences and fostering meaningful connections with guests, communities, and industry partners. Having worked across multiple areas of restaurant and hospitality management, Graci is particularly interested in how strategic marketing, community engagement, and operational collaboration can drive long-term growth and strengthen brand loyalty.
Graci currently lives in Chattanooga with her husband, Russ, and their son, Samuel. She enjoys hiking and paddleboarding, going to concerts, and working alongside her dad as an usher at all University of Tennessee home football games.
