With 16 years of dedicated service to the company, Jami Blainey has built her career through a passion for people, operations, and leadership. She began her A. Marshall Hospitality journey as a hostess when Puckett’s opened in downtown Nashville in 2010. From there, she steadily advanced through a variety of management and general management roles, gaining extensive experience in team development, operational excellence, and business leadership. Today, as Director of People and Operations, she leverages that firsthand knowledge of the business to drive organizational success, foster a strong company culture, and support the growth and development of our teams. Her career path reflects a deep commitment to the company, a belief in continuous growth, and a dedication to creating exceptional experiences for both employees and guests.
