She currently serves as Senior International Tourism Sales Manager at Opry Entertainment Group, where she leads impactful sales initiatives that strengthen Tennessee’s position as a premier travel destination. Kristi’s career spans roles with the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development, the North Carolina Division of Tourism, and regional destination organizations, giving her a strong understanding of statewide advocacy, economic impact, and collaborative industry growth.
