Professional Bio
Thea Harvey-Barratt is Holistic Performance Group’s cofounder and its CFO. She is the co-author of "The Four Rules of Confrontation." With over two decades of experience in business leadership, financial management, and organizational development, Thea brings a diverse background spanning the nonprofit, for-profit, and entrepreneurial sectors. At HPG, she oversees financial operations and leads the design of training programs focused on leadership, communication, ethics, and workplace effectiveness. Her prior role as Executive Director of an international nonprofit sharpened her skills in strategic planning, grant writing, event coordination, and community engagement. She has also managed bookkeeping for large organizations, run an electrical contracting business, and served in union leadership. Thea is a certified holistic health coach and holds a certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from ESSEC Business School. Known for building strong teams, managing complex operations, and delivering sustainable results, Thea combines hands-on experience with a commitment to practical, people-centered leadership.
