Archway Service Group
Organization Overview
Archway Service Group, originally founded as Carolina Food Concepts in 1982, began by providing equipment and service to the meat packing industry before evolving to support the grocery store sector. The company was acquired in 2008 and rebranded as Archway Service. Since then, it has significantly expanded its capabilities and geographic reach, now offering expert repair, preventative maintenance, and route-based services for commercial foodservice equipment across Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
With a focus on reactive service and in-store maintenance, Archway supports all major kitchen departments, including bakery, deli, meat, and prepared foods, with technicians experienced in servicing most makes and models. Backed by a customer first approach and a strong reputation for reliability, Archway continues to grow as a leading partner for foodservice operations throughout the Southeast.
