Claire Crowell

Claire Crowell is a seasoned hospitality leader and entrepreneur with deep roots in the Tennessee restaurant industry. She began her career at her family’s business, Puckett’s Grocery, and played a key role in expanding A. Marshall Hospitality from three to nine locations, eventually serving as Chief Operating Officer. In 2021, she transitioned full-time to focus on Hattie Jane’s Creamery, the ice cream brand she founded in 2016, growing it into a thriving multi-location and wholesale business. In late 2024, Claire returned to A. Marshall Hospitality as President, leading the company’s next phase of growth. She is an active industry advocate, a past president of Les Dames d’Escoffier Nashville, and a dedicated mentor for women in food and hospitality.
