Holly Carpenter is a purpose-driven hospitality leader with more than 20 years of experience building relationships and driving growth. She began her career at 16, learning early lessons in independence and hard work that continue to shape her leadership style.
Holly has held key roles including Wedding Sales Manager at Hotel Northampton and Catering Manager at Gaylord Opryland, serving on the evacuation and reopening team during the 2010 Nashville Flood. She later served as Senior Catering & Sales Manager for A. Marshall Hospitality, opening Deacon’s New South and leading the sales team for Puckett’s Grocery. In 2022, she founded Carpenter Hospitality Consulting, helping hospitality businesses grow through strategic systems and sales optimization. Today, she serves as Catering Sales Manager for Edley’s BBQ, driving revenue growth and creating memorable catering experiences.
A proud single mother to her son, Jameson, and resides in Nashville with their Aussie Maggie.
