Jaisie Shahan is the Creative Services Manager at the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development, where she collaborates across teams to ensure Tennessee’s brand inspires travelers and resonates with diverse audiences. She manages TNVacation.com, develops graphic design assets that support departmental campaigns, and oversees systems that maintain brand consistency. Jaisie is passionate about design that connects people to experiences and brings Tennessee’s story to life. Outside of work, Jaisie enjoys exploring new restaurants and activities and looks forward to snowy days.
