Professional Bio
With over 25 years of leadership in tourism, hospitality, and resort marketing, Kristen Lodge is a advocate for the unique economic and cultural vitality of mountain communities - especially the Smoky Mountains, where she currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Gatlinburg SkyPark.
Leading sales and marketing initiatives for one of the Smokies’ most iconic attractions, Kristen has spearheaded strategic programs that have grown visitation and deepened community partnerships. Her work is rooted in a deep respect for place, combining data-driven strategy with compelling storytelling that connects visitors to the natural beauty and rich heritage of the region.
Prior to her role at SkyPark, Kristen held leadership positions at mountain destinations in New Hampshire and Colorado, and tourism-based businesses in Arizona. Kristen serves on the board of the Southern Highlands Attractions Association. She actively contributes to regional strategy through her roles on the Gatlinburg CVB Marketing Committee and the Gatlinburg Attractions Association. In addition to her work in tourism, she serves on the board of the Sevier County Humane Society, where she advocates for animal welfare.
