Lettie Collier

Lettie Collier is the Assistant Director of Operations and Engagement at the TNCenter for Rural Innovation, where she supports initiatives focused on rural economic development, tourism, entrepreneurship, and community engagement across Tennessee’s rural communities. In her role, she coordinates programs, partnerships, communications, student engagement opportunities, and special projects that connect communities with resources and innovation. Lettie is passionate about storytelling, place-based experiences, and strengthening rural communities through collaboration and creative engagement.
