Shea Fleetwood is a Health Compliance Officer with Tennessee OSHA (TN Department of Labor & Workforce Development).
Shea grew up with a passion for the environment and a STEM career. During her time at Oregon State University, she earned two bachelors degrees (magna cum laude) focusing on soil fire ecology and sustainability. She has since worked as a TOSHA Health Compliance Officer for 3 years.
In college, Shea defended an award-winning thesis that researched wildfire impacts on soil carbon content, led weekly campus tours, and learned soft skills in Leadership Academy.
As a Health Compliance Officer, Shea identifies health hazards during workplace inspections, writes legally defensible casefiles, and translates technical concepts into regular speech.
