Tennessee Prostart

ProStart® is a two-year, industry-backed culinary and restaurant management program that prepares high school students for hospitality careers through hands-on learning, mentorship, and statewide competitions. The program builds practical skills, introduces real-world restaurant and foodservice experience, and leads to the ProStart Certificate of Achievement—unlocking scholarships, college credits, and career opportunities. Each year, Tennessee hosts the ProStart Invitational, where winners advance to Nationals to compete against all 50 states.
