With more than two decades of experience driving growth across global hotel brands, destination organizations, and hospitality technology platforms, Vail Ross has built a career turning insight into action. She currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Quore, the industry’s most trusted hotel operations platform, where she leads strategic partnerships and growth initiatives that help hotels operate smarter and deliver more connected guest experiences.
Previously, Vail was Senior Vice President of Global Business Development & Marketing at STR, where she led international expansion and shaped data-driven growth strategies. She also served as Managing Director of 2Synergize Consulting, advising leading destinations and organizations on group sales strategy and research.
A sought-after speaker at international, national, and regional conferences, Vail has also held board positions with the Destinations International Foundation, HSMAI Americas, the Tennessee Hospitality Association, and the Greater Nashville Hospitality Association.
