Join us for Hiring with HOPES: A Journey to Opportunity, an employer-focused Lunch + Learn that will officially introduce and launch the HOPES program, a new initiative designed to support second chance hiring through training, partnership, and employer engagement.
This session will highlight how Project Return and its partners prepare individuals returning from incarceration for employment and how employers can play a meaningful role in creating pathways to opportunity through intentional hiring, onboarding, and support.
Together, we’ll explore what it looks like to walk the road to opportunity as a community and how businesses can help create places of belonging and stability through work.
